The house is in a safe neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk to The Shoppes, close to hikes like McCoy Loop and Madrugada Trail, and about a 3-minute drive to Costco.

The home has a large dining area, spacious living room with two hangout areas, shared appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a spacious backyard. There is also one garage spot opening up for an additional $55/month, which includes driveway space for two more cars. There is also ample street parking.

There is 1 room with shared bathroom opening up in a co-ed 4 bedroom house in Chino Hills, about a 15-minute drive to Cal Poly Pomona and Mt. San Antonio College.

Rent is $895/month. Utilities and shared bills are split evenly between tenants and include trash, internet, water, gas, electricity, gardening service, and shared home supplies like dish soap, trash bags, etc.

All of the roommates are Cal Poly Pomona students of various majors. Everyone is extremely clean and respectful of each other. Ages range from 20 to 32. Everyone gets along well and we keep noise to a minimum. We’re looking to find a roommate that is looking for a quiet neighborhood and ample space.
