About the room
This is an official Change in Occupancy / Lease Takeover to permanently replace me on the lease. The property management company (REAL Star Property Management, LLC) will require an official application, credit/background check, and proof of income to officially swap our names. Once approved, you will take over my spot completely.
Security deposit of $1045 already paid for and 1st month of rent $1145 for 7/20/2026 already paid for. Prorrated rent will be $443.22 that will be owed on 8/1/2026. Rent is $1145 on the 1st of each month, and with utilities the total is roughly an estimated $1350 a month (about 675 between 2 fulltime workers).
About the roomies
You will be sharing the house with a married male/male couple and their dog, a golden retriever. (one works full time, one works part time). Strictly no smoking inside the property, and pets are allowed but you have to pay management’s pet fee/deposit.
