The Location & Area: The house is perfectly situated in a prime Katy location right near Grand Parkway (State Highway 99) also close to I-10. Commuting and getting around the Greater Houston area is incredibly fast and convenient. Everything you need is just minutes away: Campus Proximity: Located right down the road from the University of Houston-Katy campus; ideal for students, faculty, or staff. I am a clean, responsible woman in my mid-20s. I work a standard Monday–Friday 9-to-5 schedule, so the house is generally very quiet during the work week.
