hi everyone! i’m searching for an easy-going female roommate in their late 20’s or early 30’s. looking to move into a 2 bed 2 bath apartment or house in the south austin area. i have a few houses/complexes in mind. my current lease ends 8/25 so i’m looking to move around mid august. my budget is around $1000/month per person. must be a first floor unit (if apartment) and would love to have a bathtub. 12 month lease (potentially longer). i’m open to exploring other options if i can find a roommate that is a good fit!
