We’re two male roommates in our late 20s. One of us works full-time in biotech and the other is finishing a Ph.D. We’re typically out during the workday and enjoy coming home to a quiet, relaxed apartment. We keep shared spaces clean, communicate openly, and occasionally have friends over for dinner, game nights, or holidays—but overall it’s a low-key household. We’re looking for another respectful, reliable roommate who values a comfortable home and is hoping to stay for the upcoming lease term.
