Our unit is decorated in a mid-century modern design with many of our furniture pieces from places like West Elm, EQ3, etc. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and the second bedroom includes a queen bed.

This unit is great for graduate students who need a furnished unit for 1-2 years. I am still in the process of posting pictures. Unit is available starting August 23rd, but ideally mid-September.

For unfurnished, priority will go to people who want to buy some of the furniture and have a move-in date at least 30 days out (we will need to paint/move out). Move in date can be as late as November.

15 month minimum lease. Gas and trash is included.

Move-in: September 15 I work from home in product marketing (music/rights software) and also work part-time at REI Moving because my current landlord is doing an owner move-in I have plenty of furniture already, so we likely wouldn’t need to buy much (happy to sell mine if you have your own you’d rather use) I have a sweet, shy-at-first cat — she’s a service animal, so pet policies won’t be a limiting factor for us
