About the room
4 bedroom brick house I have mostly to myself right now & cannot afford. I have three boys that come see me every other weekend right now (long story), so there are not children around often, but when they are here, it is very much child-oriented in making in living spaces .
I will have a list of questions I will want you to answer before I consider interviewing you. Interview it at least need to be by video, if not in person, and we’ll go from there.
$500 includes room, bath (except on occasion I take a bath - I have separate bathroom with shower), includes electric and water. I do not have Wi-Fi, and rely on my phone for Internet. Service is good. Pets welcome but MUST BE OUTDOOR. Animals in the house make me anxious in mult. ways. There is a large fenced in yard, and I have an Australian Shepherd who could use a buddy or two if you have dogs that are outdoors. No more than two dogs, and no more than a few cats😊 but, again, they need to be outdoors. I am open to a woman (or man) with one small child – the room available is the original master, so it is large, and a mother and small child could share it if necessary. About the roomies
I am female and 44 and I am going through my third divorce. I don’t intend on dating anyone, but I’m obsessed with the Lord Jesus Christ.
I’ve been called a Christian extremist, so be forewarned. That does not mean I’m straight-edge. i’m definitely a goofball, and I talk to myself a lot because I live alone. I am very independent, and I like my time to myself. I’m an introvert, but I also like to have meaningful conversation. I don’t like to do a bunch of small talk.
Anything good about me is thanks to the grace of God. I do have the fruits of the spirit, except for one sometimes, and that would be self- control. A little impulsivity sometimes. I am all about * love and * peace * fairness * truth, so if these things are an issue for you, and I mean deep down not just on the surface, don’t bother responding to this post. No drama.. I need some easy-going.
