The neighborhood is right next to Centaurus High School. Off of South Boulder Road, it takes roughly 15 or 20 minutes to drive to CU. Highway 287 is 3 minutes away
About the roomies
Three guys currently live upstairs including myself. We are between the ages of 26 and 35. We are all gamers and into skiing, snowboarding and or mountain biking. We would like a roommate who has common interests and can respect everyone else’s space and things. As far as pets go: a cat currently lives here.
