Hi, I’m Brooks, and I’m looking to rent out a fully furnished room in my home in Hobe Sound. I’m a respectful, straightforward person who values honesty, open communication, and a clean, peaceful home. I tend to be direct, but I’m easy to get along with and appreciate living with someone who is considerate and responsible. I work on a boat, so I’m away for about every other month. That means you’ll have the house mostly to yourself during those times, while still having a comfortable, furnished place to call home. When I’m home, you’ll also be sharing the house with my incredibly sweet, friendly dog. He’s a big part of my life, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys dogs.
