About the roomies

I’m opening my home to two creative professionals or students looking for a zen down to earth accountability and private, and communication-forward living environment.

Rent: $1,000/month, all-inclusive Location: Directly across the street from Full Sail University Amenities: Private pool, gym space, washer/ dryer, door vintage fireplace, creative work areas, shared living spaces, and a relaxed cannabis-friendly environment for adults who respect house rules. We have awesome bbqs and bonfires in the back.

I’m a 33-year-old transmasculine young professional who travels frequently for work. This home was previously used as a community-centered space that I poured deeply into, and I am now transitioning it into a more private creative sanctuary for adults who value integrity, transparency, and mutual respect.

The home has calm, creative energy and would be a strong fit for queer professionals, artists, students, remote workers, or other responsible adults who communicate directly and take pride in maintaining a peaceful household.

I also have a cat who stays home while I travel. During weeks when I need help feeding him and letting himoutside, (no litter box) he is well trained. I am open to offering a rent discount in exchange for reliable cat care as needed per month ongoing.

This is a communications-forward household. Issues are addressed directly, respectfully, and early. Disrespect, dishonesty, unnecessary conflict, passive aggression, or ongoing household drama will not be tolerated.
