The photos provided have a queen size air mattress in them for scale. There is plenty of space for a dresser, desk, TV, etc. with multiple outlets as well.

I do not have much furniture with me because I had to move suddenly due to getting a new job. I do have a sectional couch and TV that are currently in storage. I plan on moving them into the apartment as soon as possible. I also would move my computer setup to a more convenient location so that the living room could have more space.

I’m pretty laid back but like to keep the place clean and organized. I am a Project / Civil Engineer and my typical work schedule is 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM so I won’t be staying up late and making noise. I recently moved from the Philly area and don’t have friends over that often, but my girlfriend comes over on the weekend about once a month. Also, I am not opposed to a roommate that likes to have company over.

I am an avid gamer and enjoy watching sports like football, basketball and baseball. I also watch sitcoms like Brooklyn 99, anime, and other shows like Letterkenny / Shoresy, Archer, Game of Thrones / House of Dragon, The Bear, etc.
