This is possibly unusual for room seekers. I am seeking a co-renter, not someone to move into a lease I have running. I have lived on this property and its really comfortable. But after adjusting to my full budget over time, I would rather pay less for rent. So I’m looking for someone who wants to split a two bedroom apartment here, and can enjoy this nice property at less than $850 a month. I listed $750. That’s an average. If you like this idea we need to talk and decide how big an apartment you want. There are three floorplan options (and two choices for each of those). SOME bills are included: wifi, cable, water, garbage pickup. Bathrooms – we must discuss this: We can share, or we can each have private. Shared saves money. That’s part of the floorplan discussion. Electric is extra, we would split that. Water pressure has always been good. There’s a patio/balcony to sit and get fresh air. If you like this type of living but don’t want to pay $1000 - $1500 for single, come take a look. Couples are welcome, but it is up to you. That takes discussion. Prefer professional adult male. College age welcome, but see paragraph below. Single guests are welcome. Parties and groups are not – use the clubhouse, bar-b-q grill, etc. My motivation is to stay in the complex – easy move – and pay less money. If you want quiet and comfortable but not luxury rates, this is for you.

You will need to pass a background check and income check with the leasing office. That is totally out of my hands. College students may want to try but as much as I like to hear about the interesting things going in in college, it comes with some income instability. This is a lease. You’re not renting from me, your friendly neighbor. You are renting from a property management company. Being with me helps you pay a lot less, that’s all. You are welcome here with me, but you must first be clear with the property management.

Lowest crime rate you are going to find in Dayton. Wonderful apartment property surrounded by trees, yet still close to city streets. Amenities are extensive: pool, fitness room, basketball indoors, enormous clubhouse. Service has been tremendous for me since I’ve been here: Lightning-fast response to any problem. Shared laundry is very affordable, and I never bump into others. Rooms are equipped for wash/dry if you want to pay $50. I marked cat friendly, but that’s me. The property will charge you a deposit and a monthly fee for your cat. Shopping, food, dining, banking and any need is withing 5-10 minutes driving. The list goes on. Respond to learn more. I have all the furniture needed for a living room and dining table. All you need is to furnish your bedroom. It’s a great place without being “luxury.”

I’m a mature adult with a career in the US Government working for the VA here in Dayton. I am quiet. Studious. I have side projects I work on in my downtime, so I hope for similar peace at home.
