Hello! We are looking to fill the 4th room in our Somerville 4 bedroom, 2 bath in West Somerville. The apartment is an 18 min walk from Davis Sq and right around the corner from bus lines that can take you to the Red line and Green line, as well as right by Stop & Shop.

The 4th bedroom is on the lower floor and has its own private bathroom and secondary living room space, as well as its own private entry/exit.

Lease: 09/01/2026-08/31/2027 Price: $1550 (on higher end due to private bathroom/extra room but is negotiable!!) Utilities: ~$75 a month In Unit Laundry (No extra cost) Backyard and patio space Pet Friendly! (We are interested in potentially getting a cat :) 1st month and $500 security deposit

The one writing this is me-Caro! I am 26 years old (they/them) and currently work full time in the homeless services non profit sector. I am also a multimedia artist (I studied studio art in undergrad) and am always in search of a new craft. I enjoy movie nights, group cooking activities, reading, and podcasts. Excited to be back in Somerville and explore more restaurants and trivia nights!

David (he/him) is 30 years old and works full time running a community maker space in Cambridge. He studied mechanical engineering and enjoys learning new things! He is a fan of board games, exploring nature and the city.

Owen (he/him) is a 25 year old New Yorker getting his master’s in Urban Planning at Tufts University. He studied US Politics, Literature, and Philosophy in undergrad. He loves to bike, rock climb, read, and play videogames.

We’re big fans of hanging and chatting, and are down to have folks over, but very much value our own time/space. Ultimately, we are looking for someone chill, kind, and respectful. Info about the room below!
