About the room

Great location - quiet, but central. Close to downtown and Siesta Key. You’ll have your own bathroom, and a spot in the garage. We have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, big yard with a fire pit, a guest room, and large lanai with glass windows. Room is offered furnished or unfurnished, based on your need. My current roommate has nice bedroom furniture that he’s willing to part with.

About the roomies

I’m a teacher, 43 and work 2 jobs during the week. I’m originally from Chicago, and spent 10 years living overseas before making my way to Florida 2 years ago. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, friendly, and laid back. A cat is moving out with my current roommate, so I’m sure we can discuss a pet with the landlord, if you have one.
