About the room
Room is available October 1st ,2026 to May 31st, 2027 with the potential to extend.
The apartment is a few minute walk from Sullivan Sq Tee station and about a 15 minute walk from Assembly. New stove and fridge were installed just before I moved in Landlord is chill and very responsive.
Will add picture of the room soon but it is roughly 100 sq ft. There is also room in the common space if you want to set a up desk
Washer and dryer are shared with the upstairs apartment
Gas for heat and stove is included in the rent. Internet and electric are billed separately and we would split. Street parking is usually not a problem and if off street parking is wanted it is available for $100 a month.
About the roomies
I am mechanical engineer working full time in South Boston. I just moved here in June and found out my roommate is moving out in September. I like a clean environment and spend most of my time in the apartment in my own room. Although, I would be happy to hangout with my roommate. I enjoy cooking and the outdoors
I have a friendly dog that is in the apartment on Tuesdays and some weekends but will never be left unattended. He loves people and other dogs
