Private room available in a clean and quiet shared house in Jurupa Valley, close to Eastvale and Riverside. The room includes utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen, living room, laundry area, and other common spaces are shared.

The neighborhood is safe and convenient, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, freeways, and UCR. We are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant. No smoking, drugs, loud parties, or overnight noise. A credit check, proof of income or employment, and security deposit may be required.

The people living in the house are friendly, quiet, and respectful. Most roommates work or study and have different schedules. Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves, keep shared areas tidy, and respect quiet hours.

We prefer someone who is responsible, easy to communicate with, and plans to stay for at least six months.
