Sublet: Lease to a subtenant (Assume all lease responsibilities).
Once papers have been signed, all bills and units’ responsibility go into yours. Price is not negotiable since this is a sublet (not sub-lease).
Lease is contracted for 12 months and goes through until July 24, 2027
The lease has in-garage parking, non-reserved (by contract, the garage has many spaces so I would not worry about reserved but can upgrade to reserved if wished). If you do not need parking, I am willing to be flexible on this option as well.
This lease is a co-living space, so you are only assigned to a room. The apartment and room is pre-furnished with a bed frame, mattress, desk, and chair (all else in image is not included). Floor plan is D4 and this room is the biggest in the apartment complex as in size (Bedroom A).
Looking to move out in September but ideally later but is all flexible if this offer is taken. My timeframe looking for a sublet is September 2026 - June 2027.
