The house is a 10 minute walk from the College ave student center, in a safe location very convenient with grocery stores nearby. The house has two full bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit, and a spacious basement living room. I have the single and I am looking for two people to take the double, either a couple or two friends.
I am a 22 year old senior student at Rutgers. I’m a good roommate because I keep the shared spaces clean, don’t leave dishes or laundry out, and I help cover costs for general supplies like cleaning and bathroom supplies. I keep to myself, but I am very friendly and outgoing!
