Looking for 1-2 Female Roommates (6 minutes drive from LSU) I’m a PhD student at LSU, currently living in a 3 bed, 2 bath house. Looking for 1-2 female roommates for 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. The house is very new, clean, and fully equipped with kitchen, refrigerator, washer/dryer, wifi, etc. It’s only a 6 minute drive from LSU, located on the south side of campus, so it is very safe. It’s in the Harwich subdivision, a quiet, student friendly neighborhood, great for LSU grad students or young professionals. Security cameras are all around the house, and it has a carport. Female Only: I am looking for someone tidy and quiet (prefer no pets), since I’ll mostly be studying for my PhD. Rent: $625/room/month. All utilities included (electricity, trash, water, wifi, etc.)!
