You’ll share a beautifully updated cape cod home that boasts your large bedroom with a queen-size green tea mattress, a large kitchen, a full bathroom, a large living room, washer / dryer in basement, air conditioning, new paint, and refinished hard wood floors. The perfect home away from home. Conveniently located near Bridgeport Hospital, Stratford train station, beaches, highways, and a short walk to the bus line. Your room is located on the first floor, facing west - the rear of the house. You will share the home with 3 others but share the bathroom with only 1 other guest. All utilities included and we take care of cleaning the shared spaces on a regular basis as well as the lawn and snow.
We only rent to working individuals. All guests are friendly and professional. Most keep to themselves. And you may see us and/or the cleaner at least once per week.
We as hosts are Airbnb Super Hosts (that also book direct), aim to please with high standards, and live near by. So never hesitate if you need anything.
