About the room
In respect of my current roommates’ privacy, I have not included images of the room itself though I have included images of the floor plan highlighting the private hallway that leads to your bedroom and bathroom. The room will be professionally cleaned before you move in.
About the place: private bedroom and bathroom in a 2br 2ba 2nd story apartment. Your room has 2 windows: 1 facing the balcony and 1 facing the community. Apartment complex includes communal laundry room, gym, dog park, playground, pool and jacuzzi. We’re within a 2 minute walking distance to a grocery store.
We also have central air and I generally run the AC when the place gets over 77ish.
Must be willing to be on the lease as the lease does not allow for subletting. This includes a background check and income verification both handled by apartment management.
About the roomies
I’m a 40 year old single father of a 6 year old boy who lives with me 99% of the time. Occasionally his mom/step dad may watch him at my place while I’m at work but they do not live here. We also have 3 friendly cats.
I’m a very clean person who cleans the communal areas daily. I expect my roommate(s) to clean up after themselves as well.
