Shared spaces including kitchen and living room are shared with two other roommates under 30. Parking in driveway for one vehicle and key fob for amenities in well maintained all age community to include gym, heated pool, lake and clubhouse. The manufactured home is relatively new. It’s on a quiet culdesac with other well maintained homes near heated pool.
