This private bedroom room 15x15 , has own entrance, furnished porch on the Vermilion River, walk in closet, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, SUPER comfortable queen size bed, good reading lighting, and great landlord. We are private people who respect others privacy. Laundry and kitchen privileges.

My husband and I are retired, and gone a lot, so roomie has periods with place to self. We have a Standard Poodle, so must be okay with dogs. My husband loves golf, hunting, fishing, cooking and gardening. He is retired oil field sales. I’m retired emergency manager and love animals, reading, gardening and traveling. We are chill, laid back, drama free couple who are blessed with a beautiful place we can share. Making our extra room available to help another. Home is large and bedrooms are on opposite ends so very private. Looking for responsible, organized, clean and neat person.
