The room is unfurnished and is best suited for a twin-size bed, though a full-size bed can fit if needed. Rent is $770 per month and includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Tenants will have access to a shared kitchen, living room, and driveway parking. Myself and my boyfriend are the current tenants and will continue living here

We are offering a 3–6 month lease and are seeking a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant. Our home has a friendly, laid-back atmosphere while still being considerate of everyone’s space and schedules. We simply ask that shared areas are kept tidy, messes are cleaned up, and the room is left clean at the end of the lease.
