I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom, second-floor apartment in a duplex in Portland. Shared bathroom, $1375 per month + electric, gas and WiFi (WiFi can be split between neighbors downstairs as well). Has a nice yard and parking. Snow removal, trash, and water included. This is in the Rosemont neighborhood about 10 min drive from downtown Portland area. I have a golden retriever puppy, so must be okay with pets, unfortunately only one pet allowed at this place. House will be mostly furnished, room can come furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer. Move in ideally September 1st, however can be flexible

I’m in my early 30s and work as an occupational therapist. I love hiking, camping, exploring the food and drink scene, and any outdoor adventures. I tend to go to bed early and like shared spaces to be clean. Looking for someone who will fit in with this lifestyle.
