Large room, laundry onsite, offstreet parking. Large Shared bathroom with two sinks. Silverstrand neighborhood. Ocean view, close to base. 1100 sq ft. Address and pics will not be shared until “vibe check” is passed. No smoking or vaping inside. Pets not ideal but will consider. Short term “furnished finder” type of stays on a sliding scale welcome.

Starting “vibe checks” for a room I have available. Im a Middle aged millennial seabee veteran. “Quirky” engineer types, “theater kid”, and veteran/ active duty seem to be best matches. Im an “odd” person and hyper aware of my eccentricities, so personality match is most important (i.e. not in a rush to fill). Must be full time employed or in school. Openminded Active duty/ gov preferred. Female preferred but will consider males. Room is 1200-1500 a month depending on occupancy. I am a “it gets done when it gets done” ,“pitch in when you have the energy”; so if you are OCD about dishes and stuff, you will not be happy here.
