large unfurnished bedroom (10x14 )with your own bathroom and optional small office space, in my 3 bdrm., 2 bath house in Bella Vista. I’m in a lovely neighborhood, surrounded by trees, in a great central location, close to everything in town. You’ll enjoy a covered front porch to enjoy the rainstorms and a nice back deck to sit and enjoy watching the birds and crazy squirrels.

I am looking for a female 50+ and would like this to be long term. Unless of course you fall in love and get married 😁 Must be someone who cleans up after themselves and pitches in to keep the common areas clean. Looking for someone that is easy going, honest and doesn’t mind sharing with normal house chores. The price is $800 a month which includes utilities, internet, and use of in home washer & dryer. (you provide your own laundry supplies)

I love animals and would consider allowing you to rent with one for $50 a month to cover their share 😊 I like my home to be clean and comfortable. I am a loyal friend and good listener who cares very much about the welfare of others. I enjoy a glass of wine and positive energy. My home is 420 friendly (I did grow up in the 60’s) 😊 I live close to lots of great places to enjoy the local creeks and summertime activities.
