3 bedroom house with tons of land on a quiet street in North Berwick near Noble High School. The available room is 177” by 146”. The house is furnished, but I can accommodate any furniture within reason. The bedroom in unfurnished and is located off the kitchen next to my bedroom. The main bathroom is shared and there is a 1/2 bath that can be either. The living room and dining room are large. Basement has the shared washer and dryer.

The kitchen is a shared space with tons of storage and I accommodate here as well. The living room is open to anyone who wants to relax and watch TV. I do have a dog in the home.

Electric and Heat will be split between roommates. The living room has a large wood stove, and the bedrooms have electric heat. There is also forced hot air for the common areas.

There is plenty of room for parking or outdoor storage as well if preferred. The back yard is big and there are also several acres of woods.

Must be able to pass credit and background checks

I’m a laid back guy with a dog. I have plenty of hobbies so I’m always working on something. There is a second roommate. Both of us keep to ourselves but have no problem being social. Looking for someone else who vibes with us.
