Private bedroom available in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Lyon Village, Arlington. Available starting July 26 for a 1–3 month stay. Rent is $650/month, and that includes all utilities and high-speed internet.

The room is technically unfurnished, but it currently has a desk, shelving unit, and an air mattress that I can leave in the room if you’d like to use them.

The apartment has a shared bathroom and kitchen, plus a communal laundry room on the property. There’s plenty of free street parking available, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very walkable.

• Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee, etc
• Easy commute to Georgetown, D.C., and quick access to I-66, Route 50, and the GW Parkway

I’m mainly looking for a student, intern, traveling professional, or someone else who needs a short-term place to stay, but I’m open to anyone who seems like a good fit.

I’m a software engineer in my mid-20s. I’m pretty quiet, respectful, and easygoing. I don’t do much in the apartment, but I’m friendly.

I keep the common areas clean, don’t smoke, and don’t have any pets. I’m looking for a roommate who’s similarly respectful, reasonably clean, and considerate of shared spaces.
