Off street parking in the driveway (you have the middle spot). We share a very large pool and patio area down by the pool. This is a great place for one person, no pets (including fish), no smoking. About the roomies
This space at my house has been rented out for 9 1/2yrs to one person who recently moved out. I redid just about everything. There is another tenant in the “Poolhouse,” which is a separate house from the main house. We are both very chill people. Looking for the same in this space. We all do our own thing & get along great! I make soup often & will always offer you both containers of it. Swim at your own risk and no glass by or around the pool area.
