The place is in a gated community, so it’s quiet and feels safe. There’s a gym, pool, tennis and pickleball courts. You’d get your own private room and attached bathroom, fully furnished, with an ocean view and a balcony. Everything’s walkable too the mall, grocery store, and library are all close. Plus, all the appliances washer and dryer are modern. The home has good energy very comfortable, and easy to live in.

As for me, I travel a lot so I’m not always around, but when I am, I live pretty low-key. I’m health-minded and stay active daily, both mentally and physically. I keep things clean and I’m considerate of others’ space—I do my own thing and won’t get in your way.
