About the room
Room is in the basement of a townhome. You’ll have the whole basement to yourself, including your own bathroom. Washer and dryer on second floor. The room is unfurnished, so you’ll need your own furniture (I will help with the moving!). There are no pets allowed (landlords rules not mine). I will have to add you to the lease, but the landlord has been pretty chill the whole time I’ve lived here and should be an easy enough process. Lease will be up at the end of April of 2027. Rent is a $1000, but I will handle all utilities and other bills like internet.
About the roomies
Currently its just me living here. My name is Trent and I am a 29 year old who works in carpentry. I used to share this place with my 2 brothers, but they deployed with the army so I’m looking to rent one of the rooms. I’m pretty laid back and quiet, and also like to keep a pretty clean home. When I’m home I usually spend my time playing games, watching tv, or reading. I also smoke weed regularly. Will honestly prefer my roommate does too!
