Looking for a roommate to join me in my 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in Trinity Park! If you think it could be a good fit, please DM me with a little bit about yourself.

The home is a two-story townhouse in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the Ellerbee Creek trail, Geer Street, and Duke East Campus. We’re also right along bus line 1 and a 20-minute walk to downtown. 

My current roommate is moving out at the end of August and we are looking for someone to take over her portion of the lease at the beginning of September (until May 31st 2027). Rent is $800 per month ($1,600 split evenly) plus utilities ($75—$150 a month per person). There’s also a $800 security deposit upon move-in.

Some things I love about living here: it is incredibly spacious (with a 3rd spare bedroom used as a craft/guest room), centrally located, and with plenty of green space around. The landlords are also responsive to any maintenance issues. 

Must be LGBTQ+ friendly! No couples, no dogs, and no smoking, sorry.

A little about me: I’m a 28 year old working professional who enjoys spending time with friends, baking, and crafting. Looking for a friendly + respectful roommate (mid-20s or older) to build a comfortable shared space with. I value general tidiness and clear communication.
