I’m only leaving because I accepted an incredible job opportunity in New York. If it weren’t for that, I would absolutely stay. I genuinely love this apartment and the community, the management has been great to work with, the building is beautiful, and you truly can’t beat living in the heart of German Village, with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, Schiller Park, and downtown just minutes away.

Monthly Costs • Rent: $1,168/month • Parking: Covered and gated garage ~$100/month • Utilities vary monthly (electric & internet separate) • $50 application fee through Jaeger Square

Lease Details • Lease ends October 29, 2027 • Must be approved through Jaeger Square • This is a lease takeover, so you’ll become the tenant directly through the apartment community.
