About the room
Looking for a third roommate in Lincoln Square. We have a small room for $900 per month, and the large room (which I’m currently staying in but can switch rooms) for $1000 per month. Ideally looking for someone to move in August 1st but could start later, and would run for 10 months through the end of our lease.
The apartment includes in-unit laundry, a shared bathroom with me (my brother’s room has his own), and street parking. There is heating but no central AC. We also have two cats, one who is about 3 years old and the other we just got a few weeks ago. The small room comes with a twin bed and frame. The large room (which I stay in currently but can switch rooms) includes a queen bed for an extra fee, or it can be removed if you prefer. It is me and my brother currently living in the apartment.
We’re both 23. I am wrapping up my undergrad in psychology and philosophy, and plan to move to China to study abroad next fall. Besides the obvious bodybuilding in my pfp, I am into reading, anime, cooking, enjoying the outdoors, and meeting new people. My brother and I both work as personal trainers at LA Fitness close to our place. Overall, we’re both pretty laid back but very sociable if that’s what you’re looking for. Our job practically forces us to talk to people all day, so we always have a good conversation.
Feel free to hit me up with any questions, or if you want to come by and check out the place. If you want to meet up to check the vibe too, we’re open to that as well.
