Hi! I am looking for someone take over my lease August 1st with the opportunity to sign onto the year long lease starting Sept.1st.

About the condo: • 3 bedroom 2 bath (1 story) condo - 1200 sq feet with plenty of street parking, in unit washer and dryer, and a private patio. • this room is the 2nd biggest room in the home with the biggest closet

• $890 a month not including utilities (PG&E, WiFi, and water usually $80-120) - will share the bathroom with one other tenant • 3 minute drive to UCSC, home is down the hill on Bay St. Mostly students and family live in the area. 8 min drive to downtown • In a community with pool access and other services • Safe area with community watch • Trees and trails all over the community, close to a cute trail with a stream

Who we would like to lease to: • We are looking for someone who can respect a quiet household and guest policy. • a working professional • Someone clean and organized •Respectful of house rules, other housemates, and of the common spaces • No pets allowed at unit • Single occupancy only

My girlfriend and I are moving out so you’ll be moving in with a friend of mine (female) and someone else (tbd) Working professionals who like to keep the home clean and homey, we respect each others privacy and have rotating chores.
