About the room

Hi! My name is Ellie, and I am an educator in Denver looking for a roommate for the home I redid with my dad. Located in the heart of Five Points, this house is a two-story brick beauty, built in 1901. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One bedroom will remain a guest room for both my future roommate and me to have guests! The backyard has a brick patio, bistro lights, a garden, and comfy seating. Home is fully furnished, kitchen has all of the tools. We will share the normal roommate things: toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc. I am walkable to a Safeway, 10 minutes from Trader Joes/Sprouts.

The bedroom available is fully furnished (bed, headboard, dresser, bedside lamp, closet), and the home is fully furnished and lived in by me (Ellie, the landlord!) I am currently painting, getting new furniture, and doing major landscaping in preparation to have someone else live here. There is a Peloton in the basement with storage available for a few bins/suitcases. Hangers for the closet not available. I have extra sheets, but if you’d like your own new ones, feel free!

About the roomies

It’s just me living on the property, and I intend to use the third bedroom as a guest room. I am in public education, I taught high school for years, I am from Denver and love to be with my friends, explore the mountains, be social, read, cook, garden, and spend time working on my house!
