About the room
We are looking for a new roommate for our 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens that’s only 3 mins from the Winthrop 2/5.
The apartment features a bright living room with a skylight, hardwood floors, central ac (wall units in each room), and a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a in-unit laundry. (staged photo shows a twin bed, but can easily fit a full/queen as well)
Move in would August 1st but it’s a flexible start date. It will be a lease takeover. Guarantors are welcome. We had someone back out last minute and would love to sign for the next lease term for August 1st 2026.
Sadly no pets, please! We already have cute cat here, but sadly he gets bad anxiety.
