This is a short term lease, I’m going to be out of the country for 3 months (9/28-12/28) and am looking for someone to rent out my room while I’m gone. It’s a large upstairs suite in a house shared with two other roommates. You’ll have your own large bathroom, a completely furnished room (queen bed, standing desk, stocked book cases). It’s a nice quiet retreat.

I do own a dog and thus if you have allergies probably not a good fit.

Two women live downstairs, they share a bathroom but it is a separate bathroom from the one attached to the room upstairs. You’ll be sharing the rest of the house with them but they tend to stay in their rooms, unless making food in the kitchen.
