It’s a quiet area just off of Exit 3, close to the highway both northbound and south. If you have a dog there’s plenty of doggy bag post around the complex including a dog wash station outside of the leasing office, neighbors are super friendly. There’s also a gym and a short hiking trail connected. On Monday’s the complex offers donuts in the leasing office open to the residents. The maintenance team is really good with getting orders completed on a timely manner and very communicative. This room comes included with your own bathroom across the hallway, the apartment is included with a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, sink disposal & the apartment is on the first floor which makes moving things easier. The room also has its own thermostat.
I’m moving out soon, this was just temporary to save some money. There’s a female student who currently lives here as well, she’s super nice and cool. She minds her space and also considerate of yours as well.
