The rent is monthly and will cover all the utilities, allowing both the short term and the long term renting depending on one’s preferences. However, there is a preference for the long term renter. One will be able to use such places as the kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/dryer, and all other common places of the house. Located close to the transport, supermarkets, dining establishments, shopping malls, the house will provide both comfort and convenience. Looking for an honest and well-organized person who will like the quiet and drama-free atmosphere, respect common places, and pay rent on time. No smoking in the house, but pets are welcome.
