Hello!

I have 5 bedrooms available for the 2026-2027 URI school year to rent to tenants.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

The house is located in Narragansett, about a 12-minute drive to URI. Each tenant rents their own furnished bedroom and shares the common areas. Its also about 12 minutes away from the beach.

Rent is an average of $1,200/month (paid by semester) and includes electric, gas, water, internet, trash pickup, and laundry. Rent can be more or less depending on which room you get (ie master bedroom vs average smaller room). There is parking available.

The house is currently being renovated for the upcoming school year. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nearly finished, so I’m posting a few photos of those now. The kitchen and remaining common areas are still being updated and will be completed before the September move-in. I’ll post more pictures as the renovations are finished. I just want to put the word out now in order to not wait until the last minute to find tenants.

Nobody is living here right now. There will be 5 people selected to live here. I will also be living here. I am not the party type, quiet, keep to myself, and welcome anyone. If there is a problem I will be sure to fix it as I renovated most of this house myself.
