Hey everyone. Single dad in search of roommate or couple to move into my roommates old room. You’d get your own bathroom, in unit washer and dryer, and the biggest bedroom in the house. A block off Magazine street in the heart of the LGD, mine and my daughter’s bedrooms will be upstairs and my office is on the bottom floor near the downstairs bathroom.

I have lived with my girlfriend and her best friend here for 3 years so it’s always been pretty clean. Hygiene is #1 priority. Would prefer a woman to feel a bit safer with my daughter being here (for school breaks and longer stints during the summer) but I understand most women don’t wanna live with a man they don’t know so I’m open to any straight/queer men that are hygienic and trustworthy.

Rent will be 1025 not including utilities if it’s just one person and it ends up being 683$ in rent for 3 people splitting it (open to couples) Current lease doesn’t end until February so plenty of time as of rn. Willing to exchange socials to vet each other.
