The room is about 10’ x 12’. We live in a gated community, there’s a pool and gym + your own parking spot! We have a pretty big kitchen and decent size living room, dining room, and a patio! There’s also washer and dryer in unit!
About the roomies
Hi! My name is Jess, my partner Bry and I have the master bedroom and our friend Tates has one other room. We currently have two friends renting out the third bedroom but they will be leaving this coming month. We would prefer people that are lgbt friendly as we are part of the community, however it’s not a requirement! We’re all 26 years old and would also prefer someone close to our age range! We do have two cats, they’re very friendly! My partner Bry will be working from home 3 days a week soon so our place will be quiet and WFH ready if needed!
