my kids moved out i’m a man 58. my kids lived with me all of the time now they are gone. my daughter lived here the longest hardly ever saw her as the apartment is kinda in two halves with a door that can be hung to seperate them. i gave my daughter pretty much everything i had. so very empty for now. apartment to myself i do not work so i am home all the time. i would prefer a woman close to my age. the apartment kinda needs a womans touch. can be set up anyway you like. the landlord is a close friend of mine i have lived here about 15 years. i am collecting and everything i get goes to paying for this place. the security and rent are negotiable but no less than 600 basically the utility cost also have access to washer and dryer. free 5g internet
