The home is a compact park model, but it is comfortable and the space works well for someone who stays organized. The bedroom will include a full bed, dresser, and desk/chair.

Three-month minimum, six months preferred, with the possibility of continuing afterward if the arrangement works well. $500 refundable deposit. Park approval and background check required, with the park’s fee paid by the applicant. Reliable income and references required.

I’m a 38-year-old male who works full time in parks and recreation. I’m easygoing and enjoy fishing, the beach, cooking, video games, and spending time with my dog.

I don’t drink and have found that I live best with someone who also doesn’t drink or only drinks occasionally. I’m looking for a calm home without partying or alcohol-related problems. Outdoor cigarette smoking and responsible marijuana use are not major concerns for me.

I’m usually home during the evenings but often stay with my girlfriend on weekends, so the renter will regularly have the home mostly to themselves.

My dog Sunny is part of the household, so being comfortable with dogs is important. Someone willing to occasionally let him outside or help when I’m working late or away would be especially appreciated, but any expectations would be discussed separately.
