Older home, is super convenient location, very close to all freeway access, and various shopping areas including Raley’s, Nugget, Target, IKEA, Home Depot, and Walmart. Located only blocks from Old Sacramento and downtown Sacramento, the baseball park is three blocks away. The house features air conditioning, internet, and an option for the West Sacramento Recreation center at a very low price. The home has space for a garden and there are a number of fruit trees on a property. No pets, no smoking, no vape, no drugs, no exceptions. It is a four bedroom home, I have one room available for rent. Owner occupied property. A total of two persons in the household including the owner. I am the owner, I live in the house, I’m retired from the computer industry, and now I work as a marine electrician part-time.
