2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment looking for a roommate to sublet a 2 person lease in Albany Park, Chicago. You will have a private bedroom, but share common areas (living room, back patio, kitchen, bathroom) with 26 year old full time professional female in the IT industry. Preferred gender is female, and preferred age is 23-33 years old.

Located on Kedzie and Lawrence, this apartment provides amazing accessibility to public transit (brown line - Kedzie and Kimball stop), and several buses on Lawrence, Kedzie, and Kimball. The apartment is located above a business, but the bedroom is facing the quiet side of Troy street, so you will have a private and quiet space. There are several businesses, grocery stores, cafes, and cocktail bars within walking distance. This is a great spot for a professional who commutes to the Loop or other areas of the city.

The bedroom is the master bedroom at 12X14 square feet, high ceilings and a small walk in closet. There is additional storage in the living room coat closet.

The living room will be furnished with a TV, rug and couch. You are welcome to bring your own decorations to contribute!

Amenities: I have my own window unit in the bedroom, and the shared spaces have ceiling and floor fans. I will leave behind my window unit, and will not charge extra for it. Radiator heat in colder months, can be adjusted. Coin laundry in basement, two sets of machines. There are several great laundromats within walking distance if needed.

**Note on parking availability: Free street parking is available, and ParkChicago spots on Lawrence and Kedzie are free from 10pm-8am everyday, and free all day Sunday.

Applicant will need to be approved by landlord, and will need to sign a sublet lease contract.

You will be living with my roommate Josephine. I am moving to the suburbs and looking for a sublet to take over my lease spot with Josephine. She is a 26 year old IT professional who works a 7:30-4:30 M-F schedule, who keeps to herself most days in her bedroom and is courteous and quiet. She keeps shared spaces clean after use, and is anticipating finding a roommate who can provide the same level of cleanliness. You will pay rent on your own through the portal, and pay Josephine your half of stove gas costs ($10-15), Xfinity Wi-fi ($25), and Com-Ed electricity (ranges from $15-60 depending on season) monthly for utilities. All other utilities are included in the monthly rent cost.

You will need to apply through our leasing office for an official sublet request, and sign the lease with Josephine.
