I have two rooms, one for a bedroom and one that I use as an office, but it could be turned into a second family room, with a private bathroom. The house is in Bentonville and is next to a walking trail, park, school, and has a grocery store nearby.

I’m looking for a professional female to share the house with. A dog is okay if trained to go potty outside and gets a bath occasionally. I’m friendly, quiet and respectful of others. I’m also flexible about the rooms being furnished or unfurnished.
