Looking for 2 people to fill 2 rooms! We live in at bd, 3.5 bathroom townhouse in a gated community in Anaheim with me and my other roommate. We are currently living here and need 2 people so we can continue renting. A $1225 security deposit is needed and rent would be between $1200 to $1300 per month. The lease would be for 1 year. Utilities are separate. Move in would be around August 27. We would need to know for sure if you could sign a lease with us by July 26 so we can notify our landlord to start that process.

One person(with a small car/vehicle) would get a garage spot and we would need to be able to fit my motorcycle in front of it. The 4th person would most likely need to pay for parking at a nearby garage. The home has 3 floors plus a rooftop and 2 balconies. We can see the Disney fireworks from the rooftop. On the 2nd floor is a large kitchen and living area. The first floor has a garage and one bedroom with it’s own bathroom(unattached). The third floor has the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 of which share a bathroom. We are open to living with males or females, but if we would have 2 males move in they would need to share the bathroom on the third floor and have those bedrooms. We are not accepting couples or people with other cats/dogs.

A little about us:

My roommate, Miya, and I are both in our 20s. She is a doctoral student and I just graduated with my masters and currently have a full time job. I have a cat, so looking for people who are pet friendly. She is very friendly. Miya and I are both night owls.
